PLL SR2016 and SR1503 ICs are the core chips used in wireless communications system. They have the same features as the ones in market designed by foreign companys, like SR1503A having MB15E03 and LMX2301 features and are widely applied to cordless phones, mobile phones, wireless network (WLAN), wireless communications (PCS/PCN), cable modem (Cable TV Tuner), and other wireless remote control and communication systems. They also have the advantage of wide Voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V.
